Mulled Wine Spice Bag

An aromatic blend of fragrant spices – nutmeg, allspice, clove, citrus, ginger, pink pepper, coriander + cinnamon

In 3-quart saucepot, heat 1 bottle of red wine or 4 cups apple cider with 1 heaping tablespoon or more of mulling spices over medium heat. Feel free to add in some orange or lemon slices with 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar or honey (optional)
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Do not boil. Pour through a sieve into a heat-safe pitcher or thermos.
Discard spices and fruit slices. Enjoy warm.
