Chef Robin will teach how to make a unique pantry essential, inspired by local citrus, and 3 recipes from her new cookbook A Taste of Ojai II – Flavors of the Valley.
The class will include time spent reviewing the recipes, an overview of the preparations + techniques, and plenty of time for tasting.
