As a professional chef with an extensive background in private catering, event planning, cooking instruction, and food styling, Chef Robin has more than three decades of experience in plating and arranging photo-worthy dishes. Her inviting tablescapes and tasteful presentations use both bold and delicate details, while always keeping fresh, seasonal ingredients as the focus. The author and stylist of her own three cookbooks, Robin has also been the go-to food stylist for many projects and books by others, including Dotty Griffith’s recently published The Ultimate Tortilla Press Cookbook.

Chef Robin draws inspiration and intuitive creative direction for her artful culinary creations from her extensive travels around the Mediterranean and the landscapes and lifestyles of Ojai, Santa Barbara, and the Santa Ynez Valley. She has worked closely with professional photographers and loves to add her artistry either in support of someone’s vision or by helping to create that vision from scratch.
